How long does delivery take?
Tracked 48 arrives in about 2 working days, Tracked 24 in about 1 working day. Orders before 2pm on working days are dispatched the same day. Use the delivery estimator above for your exact date.
How does personalisation work?
Choose up to 3 initials and a thread colour. Personalised items take 2 extra working days and, because they're made for you, can only be returned if faulty.
What is the 12-month repair promise?
If a zip, strap, buckle or seam fails in normal use within 12 months, message us with a photo and your order number. We'll repair it or send a replacement.
How do I pay?
Place your order request on the site and we'll confirm stock and send a secure payment link by email within a few hours. Your order ships as soon as payment is complete.
